Vendhayam kali is a traditional fenugreek porridge known for being gentle on digestion, and this mix blends ground fenugreek with grain flour so it's ready to cook without measuring out the individual ingredients. Fenugreek's natural bitterness is balanced with the grain base, and the mix stays naturally gluten-free with no wheat involved. Simmer with water or milk for a warming, old-fashioned bowl of kali.
