Varagu, or kodo millet, is a traditional grain long used in Tamil Nadu kitchens for its light, easily digestible nature. This boiled batch is minimally processed and cooks up soft, working well as a rice substitute in curd rice, upma, or khichdi. It is free from additives and preservatives, kept close to its natural form.
