These urad dal appalams are rolled and sun-dried the traditional way, using time-honoured recipes with no shortcuts. Light, crisp, and full of flavour once fried or roasted, they make the perfect accompaniment to any South Indian meal. Made in small batches to keep that authentic homemade taste.
