Raw Nendran bananas are sun-dried and ground into a fine powder here, retaining their natural starch and nutrition without any added sugar or preservatives. Mix it with water or milk for a light, easily digestible porridge that is a popular first food and a gentle option for those watching their diet. No shortcuts, just traditionally dried and ground raw banana.
