Rakthashali is a rare, deeply pigmented red rice with roots in traditional Ayurvedic cooking, and flattened into poha it retains its distinctive colour and slightly nutty taste. Its firmer bite makes it a satisfying breakfast when tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves, or simmered into a hearty kheer. No added sugar or preservatives, just the native red rice pressed flat.
