Long dried red chillies with moderate heat and a deep red colour, sun-dried the traditional way to concentrate their flavour without turning bitter. Their thin skin makes them easy to grind fresh at home for chilli powder, or toast whole and add to tempering for a smoky note. No sulphur treatment, no added colour, just naturally dried chillies.
