Roasted horse gram, lentils, and a traditional blend of spices come together in this rasam powder, ground the way it has been made in Tamil kitchens for generations. Just simmer a spoonful with tamarind water and tomato for a warming, protein-rich rasam that is ready in minutes. No preservatives, no shortcuts, only roasted, ground spice goodness.
