Ground from Kashmiri red chillies chosen for their vivid colour and gentle heat, giving curries and gravies a rich red hue without excessive spiciness. Stone-ground from whole dried chillies with no added colour, so the shade comes naturally from the chilli itself. A pantry essential for tandoori marinades, curries, and anywhere you want colour without too much heat.
