Karuppu Kavuni, the celebrated black rice of Tamil Nadu, is flattened here into a deep purple-black poha that keeps its distinctive antioxidant-rich bran layer intact. Its slightly nutty, almost dessert-like flavour makes it a favourite for a festive kheer as much as a hearty breakfast poha. No added sugar or preservatives, just traditionally processed black rice.
