Sun-ripened carrots are dried and ground with select grains to make this naturally sweet, nutrient-rich malt, roasted the old-fashioned way for depth of flavour. A spoon or two mixed into hot milk gives you a comforting drink that has become a favourite for growing children and adults alike. Free of preservatives and artificial colour, it is simply roasted grain and vegetable goodness.
