Black sesame seeds are roasted and ground with lentils and spices in this ellu podi, delivering a rich, nutty flavour along with the traditional goodness sesame is known for. A spoonful mixed with ghee or oil turns hot rice or idli into a quick, satisfying meal in seconds. No preservatives, no shortcuts, just roasted sesame ground the traditional way.
