Barnyard millet, known locally as kuthiraivali, is one of the lightest and quickest-cooking millets, and this poha carries that same easy-cook quality with a mild, slightly sweet taste. It suits a simple tempered breakfast or a soft kheer for those looking to swap rice for millet without much change in routine. No added sugar or preservatives, just the millet flattened and packed fresh.
