Traditionally cube jaggery made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, slow-boiled without chemical clarifiers. Its deep, caramel-like sweetness works well in payasam, traditional sweets, or a warm Sarkarai POngal. A natural alternative to refined sugar.
Sugarcanes are naturally grown and the whole process of making this Jaggery cube does not involve any chemicals. All from natural ingredients like Lady's finger leaf, Aloevera and coconut oil along with fresh sugarcane juice. Each Cube of Jaggery will weigh approximately 150g.
