"Black Rice Porridge: **************************** Ingredients: Black Rice (கருப்புக்கவுனி அரிசி) Cumin Seeds (சீரகம்) Natural Sea Salt (இயற்கை கல் உப்பு) 1. Slightly coarse ground black rice in a mixer 2. Soak Rice for around 2 hours. For one cup of rice, add 7 cup of water in a pressure cooker. For open cooking, add 10cups of water (will take longer time). 3. Pressure cooking for about 15 minutes in medium flame along with a spoon of Cumin seeds. For open cooking cook till it is completely cooked. 4. Open the lid, add natural sea salt mildly and garnish with freshly grated Coriander leaves. 5.
