Soak varagu rice for an hour and cook it well till it becomes soft 2. Boil and add mashed potato to the rice 3. Add all other ingredients (except flakes) to this and mash well. 4. Make it like a dough. Take small balls and press it like a patty. 5. Roll the pressed patty on to the flakes and keep it aside. 6. Heat a iron tawa and add oil (Sesame or coconut preferred) 7.
